Kenneth Booth will be speaking at the Collegiate Sports Video Association’s Annual Meeting about issues relating to copyright protection for the ALL-22 Video footage used in college and professional football. Discussion will include an explanation of the copyright laws surrounding Strategies for protecting the footage, ownership issues, what violates owner rights in the footage, examples of infringement and how to avoid it, and strategies for protecting owner rights in the copyrights and reducing the incidence of copyright infringement of the ALL-22 Video footage.
